Our principal consultant, John Chan, is an accomplished professional engineer with over 20 years experience in the rail industry, specialising in rolling stock systems and technologies. His expertise spans the full engineering lifecycle, including concept and architecture definition, requirements analysis, interface design, and preparation of technical specifications and design documentation. John brings a strong focus on system integration, safety and reliability analysis with a deep understanding of standards and operational requirements in the rail sector. Committed to delivering robust, standards-compliant solutions, John combines technical rigour with practical insight to support clients in achieving safe, efficient, and future-ready rail systems.
